Terms of Service

If you are considering commissioning me, please read through this beforehand as it explains what I will and won’t draw, refund policy and other things about my bases. Please contact me via Discord for inquiry.

☆ Commission and payment

⋆ I take payment through Paypal and Ko-fi, the currency I accept is USD. Other payout apps such as Venmo and Cashapp are not available in Australia and I am unable to download them, hence Ko-fi to avoid the hassle.⋆ In case of Paypal fraud/scam/chargeback, you will immediately be put onto my blacklist and blocked. If this happens with a design/adopt, the rights of the character return to me.⋆ Vouchers are absolutely okay if I am told beforehand about one being used, otherwise I might accidentally send the money back to the voucher. I may also accept other forms of payment, such as physical items.⋆ I only accept payment once the sketch has been approved by the commissioner. Be sure to point out anything in the sketch that I might have missed. If the order is for a sketch commission, I will send a watermarked version of the sketch until I recieve payment.• I will not do refunds once the payment has been sent unless I am unable to continue after I had finished the sketch.⋆ I please ask that the reference sheet of a character is up to date and not pixelated, otherwise this will result in having some issues with the order. If a character you want drawn doesn't have a reference sheet at all (no colour), I will not accept your order.⋆ I am allowed to cancel your commission if I am unable to start. This will usually happen when I suddenly lose motivation, feel a wave of depression or a simply don't think the sketch is good enough.⋆ Your commission should be finished within a week or even a day once the sketch is approved. I hate making people wait so I try my best to finish as soon as possible. If the order is a bigger piece, that may take some time but hopefully should stay in that week range. Maximum wait time is two weeks.• For NSFW orders, I require any form of ID as long as it has your Date Of Birth before I can accept it. This does not apply if you’ve ordered an NSFW comm from me before.

☆ Designs and adopts

⋆ If you purchase a design from me, you are allowed to edit or change the design, just let me know beforehand about the changes.⋆ Resales are allowed as long as you had actually paid for the design. If you got the character through art/character trading and have not added any art, do not resell for money. You will be blacklisted.⋆ I do not want my designs being owned by anyone that has me blocked or if they are on my blacklist. Immediately let me know as it makes me incredicibly uncomfortable. This has been in place since 3.10.23.

☆ Base use

⋆ You may use the base for adopts and reference sheets of already exisiting characters. Do not use them for commission work.⋆ Do not give out the base file of any of my P2U bases. If someone is using a P2U base without paying for it, you will be blacklisted and blocked.⋆ Do not remove my watermark. You may move it but do not hide it or remove it from the base itself. Be sure to also credit my Toyhouse as the base creator.
